“Courtney housesat and took care of my sweet lug of a German Shepherd. He loved her the minute they met and updated me every day during the week I was away. I used rover before the pandemic many time for dog walkers and to kennel him while on travel. Unfortunately, my go to person had moved away. After meeting Courtney and learning about her experiences w big German Shepherds (especially ones a bit more anxious around other dogs), I felt very comfortable leaving Timber in her hands. “For three nights and four days, Gwen and her husband lived at our home to watch our (unspayed)female mini dachshund puppy, who is 10 pounds and our adult male charcoal lab that's 70 pounds. She stayed in our guest room and her husband periodically popped in. Our experience with Gwen and her husband was a huge success. Gwen managed our home, our dogs, and shared pictures with us often, which comforted us. We returned home and everything was perfect. Without hesitation, my husband and I will definitely utilize Gwen and her husband in the near future. Gwen is a true professional and has a giant space in our heart for our beloved canine companions. I have a dog of my own - a 6 pound (although she thinks she is bigger) Shorkiepoo, Maya. I grew up with dogs, and have taken care of all types throughout the years (large and small from Shorkiepoos to Grey Hounds, even ones with only three legs). I do have experience administering medicine to pets, as I have done this with my own and other families' dogs who I have watched in the past.
