Very flexible given my impromptu need for Rover, spent some time getting to know my kitties with me, asked excellent and detailed questions for care, and then did an amazing job dropping in and keeping them company, refilling food/water, and scooping litter! Also veryyy communicative and the pics and videos sent were precious! Would highly recommend :)”

“She was simply amazing! She was available to help me last minute which really helped make our holiday special. I arrived home to two happy cats and a tidy house. One of my cats has a special diet for medical reasons and she was able to accommodate with no issues. We also had two litter boxes on different floors to look after and they we’re both very well maintained. I received happy playful photos even with Tigger our shy kitty. They absolutely loved her company. My biggest worry is making sure their stress levels are low while I am away as they are covid kitties and used to having someone around all the time but she kept them at ease and I was able to vacation in peace. Thank you Catalina, will definitely reuse your services in the future. :D”

Scooby loves her, and she would play with him every day, feed him his food and medicine, and take him for walks and to use the bathroom a couple times per day. “Raya did a great job with active 3 kittens and 1 sensitive little dog. One of the cats was our son’s cat and not always in the mix. She dealt well with some unexpected events and developed a relationship with all very quickly. She dropped be each mid-day for a week and provided critical care. We are glad to have found someone to help and feel more free to plan short or longer trips in the future.”

Weather it was her family cat and dog, chickens, goldfish's, 6 farm dogs or the numerous sheep and cattle that co exist on her home in NZ she has always taken it in her stride being around animals. From a young age she has had the responsibility of feeding and taking care of the pet's something she has a natural affinity with and shows compassion and empathy that is needed to be a fabulous pet owner. Later on she has been become her dads right hand girl, helping with working the farm stock. I would not hesitate to recommend Lucy if you are needing someone who will give her love, a cuddle and take great care of your furbaby.”
