I have a doggy stroller and cart, a fenced yard, an outdoor small dog pool for warmer weather, very friendly small sized dogs and a gentle cat. One of our dogs we found while on vacation in Jamaica. She was three months old and was hit by a car. We took her for vet care and they had to amputate her leg. We then brought her to Canada. The other tripod was abused and as a result needed his leg amputated as well. The rescue group saw how happy our other tripod was and asked us if we were interested in him. We of course said "YES". Our motto is that there is always room for one more! Unfortunately our sweet Mikey has passed over the rainbow bridge. He would steel anyone’s heart that met him. ❤️ Depending on your dog’s needs I take them for two walks a day and will play with them in the backyard. Rest and cuddle time is on the couch or comfy therapeutic dog beds. I always keep more dog beds out than I have dogs. I have small and large dog crates for people that want their dogs crated overnight.

Information Sandra D. would like to know about your pet
Does your pet have any special needs or incontinence, where do they like to sleep, lay down, what time do they like to eat, go outside and do they get along with other dogs and cats? Please let me know if they have separation anxiety or is a barker so I can know what to expect and how to manage it for longer term stays.
A typical day
I can come to your home for multiple visits to feed, play, let them out, administer medications, go for walks or whatever you need done.

Pets
Love all animals! Let me help you!
Pet care experience
I have lived with animals all my life and wouldn't want it any other way! I have owned large and small dogs, cats, bunnies, roosters, chickens, snakes, chameleons, bearded dragons and geckos. I am very comfortable in all aspects of caring for them including medical or special needs. Over the years my husband and I have fostered multiple dogs and taken in many dogs that needed help with behaviour issues, basic training, socialization, and leash walking. Helping dogs is so rewarding!
