I purchased the Protection Package. But I am not clear on what is provided under the package. Does it give me any better coverage than what is already provided for in the Premium Insurance?
The Protection Package is not insurance. Here is what it provides:

Essentially, you get a tag for the dog in case it is lost and access to a vet by phone.

You also get a boost in the search rankings and another badge on your profile, which help entice new clients to book with you. The Help 4 Pets service is pretty handy (there are other ways to do essentially the same thing, though, such as have your own tags with your phone number made), and I've never used the vet service, but you don't have to get many extra bookings thanks to the badge/rankings boost in order for the protection package to pay for itself, so I figure it's a decent trade.
