Back up for the sitters?
If a sitter doing boarding was to have an emergency or fell ill do you provide backup service for your sitters?

Some sitters may have others that they personally recommend, but in the event of an emergency, Rover support ([Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]) will always be available to help make new arrangements that are acceptable to everyone. Either the sitter or the owner can contact to initiate the process.
