So my first stay was for a friend. She was helping me so I could get a review. I did sent her pictures while she was out of town, but accidentally sent it to her number instead of her Rover #. I have been 100% since then but I'm stuck at a less than perfect % of pictures sent. Is there a way to get that changed?
I too have done the same thing. You would need to go into your mail to past stays and send them a picture. It does not matter that they stay is over, it still will record it as a picture. ** Just a side note, the reason i say to send it through "past stay" section in your mail is because if they happen to have had another visit since that time or if they are scheduled for one coming up, the picture you send will go into the newest reservation recorded. By going through "past stay" when you open up their account you will right away see if I picture (if sent) or no picture(if not sent). Give it a couple of days and your % of pictures sent should go up. Best of Luck!
Your picture rating is based on a certain number of "recent stays". I have a couple of clients that don't want to receive pictures/updates/etc on Rover. When I take a string of these bookings, my picture rate will fall to around 80%. Eventually, it will return to 100% after I take other bookings.
When you take a few more bookings, your picture percentage will increase (as long as the pics are sent through Rover).
Can you still send pictures through Rover's messaging system? I can still message people long after the stay. Maybe that would be seen as "pictures were sent for this stay."
Otherwise, you could contact Rover. Maybe they can manually tweak your statistic.
