What do the numbers on the left side of the sitters calendar mean?
I'm not positive I understand your question, but it's possible you are looking at the number of spots available for each service you offer.
For example, I offer four services: boarding, walking, daycare and drop-ins. I have a number and colored dot associated with each of these services - the number represents how many slots currently open every day for that particular service. For example, "(red dot) One space" means I have one spot available on that date for dog boarding.
It should be noted that I have trouble accessing this information in Chrome but I am successful in Explorer.

How are you viewing your calendar? On a computer, on the mobile site, or through the Rover app? Are the numbers in the boxes for the days of the month, or are the numbers outside the calendar, on the left side of the page?
On the laptop computer, the numbers are on the left side, not in days/boxes.
