Can you help me with a Business Manager Job Ad?

I need to hire a new Business Manager/Pet Sitter for my growing pet care company in Lakewood, CO. Does anyone have a sample ad they can send me? Or can you send me what you use? I want to update and refresh the one I have to bring in the right kind of person.
