Do I get a complete refund if I cancel my pet sitter, and they are set as moderate? How much notice do I need to give to get that full refund?

I may need to cancel my dog sitter, and I want to know if I can get a full refund. My sitter is listed as moderate for refunds. Can I get a full refund?

It all depends on when you cancel relative to the start day and time. With a moderate cancellation policy, you have to cancel by 12 pm (noon) the day before the sitting job is scheduled to start. It is all explained here:
