i have had some req for dog boarding. i have responded to each within 24 hours. However, i do not hear back from any of them. they remain in my profile to book but nobody gets back to me after the initial request?

Archive each of the requests and mark them as "owner did not respond." That ensures that the unbooked requests do not reflect badly on you.

At this time of year and, at this late date, owners are going to contact more sitters to find an opening. Getting back to them within 24 hours isn't very fast. Oftentimes, you need to get back to them within the hour to snag the booking.
