Repeat customer says I am not showing when searched. How do I adjust a m&g that ran out of time preventing me from showing up?

I have a Meet & Greet scheduled for this weekend for a stay in May. The 72 hour time ran out and prevents me from showing up when searched in my zip code. A customer wants to book some June dates and couldn't find me. I told her to go to her dashboard and click on "re-book" or give me her dates and I will send her the booking. What can I do with the pending m&g to make me searchable again?

If you'd like to remain searchable while still pending the other booking for a meet and greet, you'll need to archive the awaiting-a-M&G message. You can easily un-archive that message after you have the meet and greet and decide to confirm the booking.

Thanks Carly. I did archive this morning as you said. I just sent the owner a reminder about our meet & greet tomorrow. I un-archived it and it looks fine now.
