Can I take my dog to hawaii?

Well you can, but their restrictions and quarantine time are high. Quarantine can be up to 6 months in some situations. Search the Internet for details. You will also have to have a veterinary health certificate.
You can but would need a health certificate which is a process through your vet. There is a quarantine that you should be aware of. I would do a bit more research before deciding.
