Why does my dog have itchy skin?
My dog has been scratching herself non-stop. I checked to make sure she doesn't have fleas, but she's still scratching??

It could be allergies environmental or food related. Or she may just be allergic to fleas. Even one flea bite could trigger it. Either way it would be best to take her to the vet. They can put her on flea preventative or special food just for dogs with allergies.
