What are the fees associated with using this site?
The sitter's add says $35 overnight not including fees. What are these fees?

That's a sitter specific question. When you click on the profile, there 's an option to contact sitter and ask. You can exchange information via the message system without any commitment.
The only fee associated with the system is if you created a profile after a certain date, Rover charges a service fee, no matter which sitter you book. However, when you're reviewing profiles, sitters would not be aware of when you set up your profile and if the service fee would apply. Therefore, there's no need for sitters to mention that in their profile.
