I am being charged on Rover and through the settlement site "FairClaims" for a payment reversal?

Recently an owner filed a dispute against my dog sitting care provided and won. I offered the full amount ($56) in refund but now it seems FairClaims and the owner came to an agreement that I settle payment through Paypal. When I go to check my Rover dashboard page under "Other" payments I noticed I have a negative balance of $44.80 with the subject being "Recapture to http://Rover.com for Reversal of a service deposit"

I refuse to pay both disputes until I understand what is going on.

You need to call Rover Customer Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]. But it would appear that Rover has refunded the money and you owe Rover the stay price less its fees since you received payment and it isn't sitting in a Rover account balance anymore.

You rock, Karen.

I would think Rover paid the claim and now you just owe Rover, which will be taken from future earnings.
