I would like to see a list of payments.
I can see the list of Past Stays but would like to have something that shows the client, dates and payment.
Is this available in the Rover dashboard somewhere?
I'd also like to see this level of detail for my 2016 or 2017 for taxes.
This would be helpful for setting up a spreadsheet to show mileage per job.
On your dashboard on the left side under payments and promo codes is where you will locate the funds paid to you by booking and by year. There is no easy way to download to excel, in fact it's impossible to do. Many sitter use a phone app to track their mileage, I use MileIQ (annual fee) but there are free apps out there
As Walt said, you go to your Dashboard and click on payments and promo codes. I use an Ical to put my scheduled or "on reserve" customers dogs, time of drop & pick up. I only do boarding and daycare. My hubby uses a spreadsheet and tracks pups date/time/name-owner/pick up date & time and my rate. He does "something" when I receive the payment for my boarders. If a payment doesn't come thru due to a glitch, we know who and how much, to investigate. He also uses a spreadsheet for the cost of supplies/home, etc. That way, we know the approx. amount in taxes owned.
