How can I see the rover sitter dashboard?

I signed up for a rover sitter account two days ago. I was able to see a rover sitter dashboard. I got a notification email yesterday from Checkr regarding rover doing my background check but none from Rover. Now, I cannot see a sitter dashboard, instead, I am seeing a regular dashboard. What could be the problem?

I would try logging out and logging back in to Rover that may solve the problem but if it doesn't make a call to Rover Support [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]
