I am looking for someone to help transport a dog. Has/is anyone able to?

I am adopting a special needs dog in Chicago. Foster mom is wiling to drive at least half way. I am not comfortable driving that far on my own and willing to pay someone to help. It would be on a weekend, maybe somewhere in PA.
