My dog is having pee accident inside the home after play at the dog park, help? tips?

My dog is house trained, he has regular potty schedule, everything is normal until about a month ago, he started having pee accidents inside home everything I take him to a dog park. First few times, I thought it was just few accidents. I observed over times and realized this ONLY happens when he played with dogs at the dog park. I typically take him out for a long walk or dog park or off-leash trail for about an hour a day. The days I take him to dog park, that's when accident happens right after we come home and he finished his food. he just seems couldn't hold it until the night potty time. (Btw, I took him to dog parks many times before, he never had accident before. this only started happening about a month ago)

I was wondering anybody have experienced this and know any tips can get this under control.

It may be an anxiety issue with other dogs - does he normally have frequent interaction with other dogs? OR... a friend of mine had a similar issue, found out her dog had bladder stones when she took him to the vet for another issue, so in that regard, don't rule out that possibility! :)

How old is your dog? Is he neutered or intact?
Is it possible he's not going to the bathroom while he's at the dog park? If it were my dogs, I know they would be so excited to be with other dogs and playing and running that they wouldn't use that time for a good bathroom break. Or they would go at the very beginning and then not go again before we left a long while later. Make sure your pup is actually going potty while you're there. Then give him a potty break (away from the dogs) before you leave, after you get back, and about 10-20 minutes after feeding him. Make sure he has plenty of opportunities to go outside. If he's still having accidents, definitely contact your vet as Alison suggested. (You may want to contact your vet anyways since this is a new issue.)

I have noticed this with my pup as well! I have been doing a lot of research and I think it is marking behavior. If he’s around other dogs he then wants to mark his territory at home. I know he could hold it bc he will have an accident even if he just went right before we come inside.
