how do I use a $25 promotion code?
received a coupon for first time use and it says not valid?

I see that this was a while ago that you asked this question. Sorry, I kind of feel bad that no one had answered your question. Hopefully you figured it out, if not I would contact Rover Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]. The should be able to help you get that discount. (In the event that this is your first time on rover and just gave up and booked the stay without the coupon code, I too would still contact Rover support and mention to them that you had issues using the code and I am sure they will be able to issue you a credit.)
