Went to a meet and greet. Sitter's dog aggressively attacked my dog! We had to pull the dog off. Of course we won't be using her? Shouldn't this be reported?

Went to a meet and greet. Sitter met us outside with her dog on leash, our 2 dogs were on leash. Everyone sniffed each other and seemed OK. Sitter invited us inside, and we took leashes off. Dogs milled around for a bit. Sitters dog very skittish. Finally, she aggressively attacked my dog, pinned him down, and held him there, til owner pulled her off. She was an older dog, supposedly with few teeth. Did not find any bite marks, but my dog was definitely traumatized, as we all were. Just feel this should be reported.
