When promoting on Craiglist, do we have to pay the fee to advertise?

When trying to promote my profile on craiglist I noticed it stated that it was a $5 charge for posting on their site, is that covered by Rover or do we personally have to pay that fee?

Posting on Craigslist was free for a long time, now it is not. If you choose to post you the sitter must pay the fee.
