How do I edit a picture to take it off public viewing, after I already sent it to my client?

I sent my client snapshots of what we had to do at the vet, and realized afterwards that those pictures are public. How do I fix that so that only my client can view those particular pictures? There are 3 of them.

There is also a setting in your Dashboard so that pics don't automatically go to your profile. Toggle the little bar:

Thank you for this link, but I think it's for the owner, not the sitter. When I open the pictures, I'm not given an option to hide the photo.
