ROVER RESPONSE TEAM IS VERY SLOW IN GETTING BACK TO THEIR HOSTS...AND THIS SITE DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO SEND MY REQUESTED FEEDBACK. SAYS "INTERNAL SERVER ERROR."

I hate that this was asked 3 years ago and Rover still hasn't implemented a change in their site where we can change the requested service.... This happens quite a lot and I don't want to set up a new request and archive the changed service so I just adjust the rate and keep the original requested service. Rover really needs to up their game.
