I filled out the survey information for Rover upon completion of watching my first dog regarding how the dog behaved, etc. and hit "submit" , but nothing happened. How do I know if Rover received that information?

It's been glitchy lately. If you go back to your inbox and back into the sitting and it says 'review your stay' then it wasn't submitted. If it doesn't say that and you see stars instead then it was successfully sent :)

Dog reviews are for Rover's eyes only, if you want to keep notes about the dog and client please use the DOG NOTES section you can find the section by clicking on the dogs profile.
