Photo Update Percentage?

Hello, My photo updates percentage is at 84%, yet I've sent multiple photos to every owner, everytime I walk, board, or sit?

I'm confused on how to get my percentage to change.

Any advice?

That is odd that it is at 84%, I would contact Rover Support to find out why 84%. (if anything I could see 80% but not 84%. that would mean that for a client you only sent 4% of a picture)? Very odd. lol

But what I can tell you about the % of pictures, is that the % is based off the last 10 clients you watched who asked for pictures to be taken. You can go through your "past stays" and see who does not have a picture under that previous reservation. If you do find dog that does not have a picture, its not too late, you can still send them a picture. As long as a picture was send (even after the stay) the picture will still count and it will automatically adjust your %.

Something to keep in mind is if a client has more then one stay reserved and you are sending pictures to them, you want to make sure that you are sending them through on the correct stay dates. When sending a text message to a client and they have multiple reservations, the pictures will all go under the last stay reservation that is booked. (When a client only has that current reservation booked it is not a problem).

Gook Luck !

THANK YOU! You helped me figure it out! There was one cancelled booking (long story), in which the dog didn't end up staying-so no pictures were taken. I ended up sending them a message of a picture that I took during the meet & greet, with a short message thanking them for meeting me.

And that fixed my score! Thanks again!

The easiest way to upload photos from your mobile device is through the Rover App vs sending pix in a text message. Use the App and your percentage will increase over time. Best of luck
