How do sitters handle the 4 nights..but really 5 days issue...ie, do you add a daycare rate?

Hello! I am new and have my first booking! (yay) But I do have a "best practice" question! For overnight stays how do folks handle the "more than 24 hours but not overnight" part? This pup is arriving at 830 am on Wednesday but leaving at 7pm on Sunday but the site only is charging for 4 nights. I will honor this booking as is, but I am wondering if I should charge my daycare rate for more than 2 hours past the drop off time in the future??? Thank you for any feedback!

I tell owners that overnight is 24 hours and we charge a percentage of daycare based on how many hours they go over.

Yes and post on profile overnight is for 24 hrs. Any time over that at pick up charged at daycare rates. Clients know what they are doing...stealing time from you.

Yes, this has been asked&answered many times here. A large percent of sitters will charge either a day care fee or an extra night fee based on how many hours over. In this example, it's 10.5 additional hours, just add the cost adjustment or edit the services before clicking Book It Now.
