How does the Rover Card work? Do all sitters use them? The walker I started using sometimes sends me pictures, sometimes not. I want to know when she comes each time. I checked off "send me a picture" on my booking request.
Use of the Rover Card is optional for most bookings and some walkers don't use the Rover cards as it is a huge drain on cell phone battery life and at times works a bit wonky. But that is no excuse for the walker to not send you a daily update text and a picture. If you want them to use the Rover card I would tell them for you it is important and you want it daily.
