Why can't I pay for my background check???

Hello, I'm applying to be a walker and for the last step when attempting to pay for my background check it keeps popping up as "The credit card information you entered was invalid or incomplete. Please try again". No matter what I try it wont go through and I promise it is the correct information every time. Whether i try my auto-fill-in, or type out every number and name myself this keeps popping up. I just used this same card for online christmas shopping and have money in my account so i truly don't know what to do or what's being entered wrong.I have refreshed, I have tried each background check to see if it was a bug depending on what one you chose and nothing is working... HELP!

This happened to me too. Rover did not have a solution for me. Did they find something for you?

I had this happen today (tried two different cards), and customer support did not have a solution. I ended up getting it to work on the website and told them they have an app issue they need to get resolved.

This is still happening to me and I've tried to do it both through the app and through the website and nothing worked. Tracey H., do you remember how you got it to work on the website?
