How do I set holiday rates for spring break in my area?
I see that holiday rates are already applied to the main holidays, but how do I apply those rates to spring break for my area?

There is no way for you to customize the rate table. The only thing you can do is add something to your profile about special holiday rates being in effect from x date to y date. I would advise putting that upfront and make it very noticeable. Then you should mention it to any client who contacts you for that period in your messaging and, if they understand, you would modify the booking request before accepting it.
