Late Night Messages?

I do have a question about response times. It's currently 5am and I just woke up to receive a message request that was sent at 1 am. Obviously, I was sleeping then. Does Rover have "Working hours" (Like the dog walking hours - up until 10? ) that they use to calculate response times or will I get penalized on my response times because I was sleeping during the overnight hours?
