has anyone else noticed that suddenly Rover isn't automatically quoting the Holiday rate for bookings that include a Holiday date?

I have a client who books for every M-W-F. The rate always automatically showed up with the Holiday rate when appropriate, but she just booked for next week and it charged her my normal rate even though the 18th is considered Holiday. Same think happened with a new recurring M-F booking that included the 18th. Im confused.
