I don't have a credit card, just a debit card (venmo card), and I got it specifically through venmo so I my card information will not work with pay pal.
You can open a PayPal account linked to a checking account and then apply for a debit card from PayPal to spend your Rover earnings.
Since you're in the US, your other option is payment by check. Checks take up to 5 business days to process, up to 20 days to arrive, and incur a $2 fee.
PayPal doesn't require a credit card. After you create an account online, you enter a bank account information where you want PayPal funds deposited. PayPal funds are available within 1-4 days, with no fees.
If you're looking for like a bank account type of thing you can check out chime or something similar. It works with PayPal. It has a routing and account number. You also get a debit card.
