how do I create promo code for my rover business?

Hi, I'm a new CAT ONLY sitter- and would like to create a promo or special pricing to get my name out...how do I do that?

AND! Is there a way I can clearly state (besides in my profile, etc which I tried to be very clear NO DOGS) that I am cat care only?

I was forced to select a dog category when I enrolled. thanks! LInda
