Does anyone else find the "Contact support" function worthless??

This is not the first time I have submitted a question to support. I fill in all details, click all the suggestions, then at the end where you are given the choice to click, "problem solved" or I still need help, "submit" it refuses to submit, it simply does not work.
Rover staff is wonderful when I call on the phone, but I'm sure it would save them a lot of time & trouble if their Contact Support button actually contacted support.
Doesn't Rover have a webmaster or someone to make sure everything on the site actually works?

Absolutely! I just spent time typing in a question and of course their canned questions don't answer it and there's no way to send it directly to them that I can find. That's poor support!

Yes. It is outdated for one thing. It should recognize that they are asking for an email and auto populate fields. There need to be more options for issues

I asked a question and it just gave me an auto response telling me to read an article that didn’t answer my question. Not helpful.

Happens to me too and it is so aggravating. Where the heck is the phone number?

I used it in the past without any problems and remember being surprised at how quickly Customer Support handled it.

However, I did notice that the Contact function on Help is now different than the one I had used. It could be that it isn't working properly. Wouldn't be the first time an improvement was installed and not thoroughly tested.

I’ve also used the contact support function.. gone through all the steps, filled in my question and info and then click submit to have it go to a screen that’s blank and says verifying and never goes anywhere. It doesn’t work. I’ve gotten no reply and now am looking for a number to speak with a person.

It's been a while since I used the email contact support function but when I have it always worked for me. Are you using the website via PC or using the App? And Rover has a large support team to manage the website.

I'm using pc. I have the app on my phone but not my computer.

I've used Rover support through the "contact" functionality once (only needed it once knock on wood). It worked perfectly and they got back to me, having fixed the issue, within a day. Maybe it's your comp or phone that is having an issue? I used my comp.

I guess it could be my computer, it's old as the hills & sorta tries my patience often...
