$20 Promo Code; is it for brand-new, first-time users to Rover, or can it be used with any new client?

I'm curious is the $20 credit only applies to brand new clients (as in brand new to the Rover walking service) versus as a credit that applies to anyone who is viewing my profile for the first time. Thanks.
