No more email support?

I communicated with rover support dot com earlier this month. I would even get survey requests on how helpful was the support staff.

I sent an email yesterday, got a response that they no longer monitor that email.

As a sitter I see more and more of my available resources taken away, but no lowering of the take.

Perhaps it's the new Chief Marketing Officer they hired in July. It would not surprise me in the least to find a higher marketing budget from which reductions in other areas (like support) be made to accommodate it.

Same here.

I have been having a horrible time getting Rover to modify/cancel same day walks. I keep having to send at least 2 requests before something is modified. Its been awful and really discouraging. It should be better given that they take 20% from us...

I thought the direct email address was dropped years ago. You have to use the contact form at the bottom of the Help page, which has recently been redone as well.

I still have received survey forms after webmail or phone contact with Customer Support. although it is apparent to me that no one bothers to read responses or gives two hoots about it.

I have communicated with supportatroverdotcom, and received responses from that email as recently as July. In looking back however, some more recent replies came from supportatroverdotzendeskdotcom

I'm sure I read about it here a long time ago and started using the webmail form.

good to know, I've never tried to contact them. Wonder where our 20% is going??

I have tried unsuccessfully to locate a phone number or email address for Rover. There is no contact information which violates numerous laws impacting consumers. I was charged for the background check, Checkr cannot find me and there's no contact for Rover. Unacceptable.
