Where do owners leave their information for entering their house?

I thought that after booking the instructions would populate for entering the home, but I have received nothing ... I am supposed to do a drop by today! I have contacted the client, but have not received an answer. No care instructions were left either ... help!

I always wait until the client pays me for the services and confirms it, then I ask for their home address and how I can enter and lock the premises as I come and go. I let them know if they are not comfortable sending over Rover, they can call me using the Rover app. Hope this helps for you!

That is typically provided to you in person at the M&G before you accept the booking.

All you can do is keep trying to reach the client. Hopefully they have a lockbox and can provide you with the code.
