Why are drop-in visits more expensive than walks?

Some (not all) sitters on rover have drop-in visits priced more than dog walking. Why does that make any sense? What services are these sitters offering for their drop-ins that are worth more than what a sitter might do for a dog walk? The visit time appears the same for each: 30 mins.
