How do I change my current PayPal to a new one?

Go to your Dashboard and the place where you can withdraw funds.

There you will see the ability to "Add Account," which allows you to enter a new Paypal account. They don't give you the ability to delete the old one though, so you must select the one you want each time from the drop-down list.
