can I upload a liability waiver?

No, there is no capability to upload anything but photos. I print out my Dog Info Sheet and give it to clients at our Meet & Greet. You can probably message them a link to your doc in, for example, Google docs or can have them do something on Docusign when they are dropping off their dog.
