Predetermined location changes?

Hi. New sitter here. I travel to various places both within and outside of the state often. Is there a way that I can set my location for certain dates ahead of time?

For example, if I have a one week trip to Arizona scheduled, followed by two weeks in California. Can I indicate these areas for the relevant dates so that my profile displays in the search for those places?
