How can I delete old messages? I contacted a couple of pet sitters with questions, and I'd like to remove the messages now, as they show up every time I log in. Please let me know how to do this? Thank you.
I too would like to clean out my inbox. I have so many requests for a sitter that were not accepted. I don't know if they don't update their calendar or if the Rover filter does not work. Seems like the latter. My mailbox always shows that I have a number of messages. I click on them so they won't show as new messages but every time I come back to my account, they all show as new messages. I've searched the Q&A community. I see many many complaints that Rover does not update their app to fix all the glitches. I've tried to contact support but only get automated redirection. I am a brand new pet sitter and the Rover account makes it very difficult to stay organized.

No, Rover Support does not come to this messageboard for any reason and doesn't respond here. Since you are a sitter, just Archive those messages and they'll disappear. They can be resurrected if you want.
For pet owners, there is no way to remove those messages. They are supposed to go away once the dates have passed.
