Why can't I add client pet photos to my profile anymore?

Not only can you not see photos from client sites to see previous sitters photos, I am unable to add client pet photos to my profile from new customers. Does anyone know why?

I just did through my Profile editing options. Here's the link:

Unfortunately, it is very true you cannot see a dog's past sitter pics.
