When does client have opportunity to leave review?

How long after a stay has been completed does a client receive info to write a review and how long do they have to do it? Are they sent an email reminder?

Generally Rover sends an emai to the client within 2 days after the end of the stay; there is no time limit to submit a review. Folloup emails arent sent. But note many clients never leave a review unless you ask them to!
