I needed to cancel and rebook my booking due to the wrong card that I selected for the initial booking. How do I ensure 100% refund?

I needed to cancel and rebook my booking due to the original booking where I selected my work AMEX thus I cancelled that for a refund and immediately booked using the correct card I have received no confirmation from Rover of the cancellation and when I go to the payments section still shows both charges for $775 to my AMEX and $775 for the Rebooking. I know it takes 7 to 10 days, but makes me nervous It should be 100 percent refund to my AMEX. Is there a way to talk to a live person?
