Refund for stay that sent dog to vet?

My dog stayed with a Rover Sitter over the July 4th holiday and received dog bites and infected wounds due to this. I also had a vet bill for $200 on top of the stay that cost $220. I filed a complaint with Rover about this occurance, can I get a refund for the stay?

How long does it take for refund of vet medical bills. My dog was injured and had to have surgery on his ear because the sitter let him get hurt and the bill is over $1200
