New Sitter: How to set up rover to take Dogs hiking?

Hi, I'm a new potential sitter(waiting for my approval) and I was wondering how to set up walks on the longer side? It would be really fun to take dogs on 1-2 hours hikes as there are many local parks in my area. I'm confused about how it works on the sitter side. Is this allowed and categorized under a normal walk? Are there "custom" jobs? Any advice on getting started would be amazing! I went through the sitter resources and didn't see anything about transporting dogs short distances for walks or dog parks etc.
