Why can't I include a video in a message to my clients?

Lately for some reason I am unable to include a video in my message to clients! This message usually contains photos of their dog and If the dog plays with other dogs I include a video of them playing which the owners seem to love. For some reason the last two stays I am unable to attach a video to my message via Rover app. It works ok if I send it via their cell phone but I hate to have to use two different ways of sending photos and videos to them. The videos use to show up when I clicked the camera then selected add a video. Now they don't show up at all.

I am having that issue to and have yet to figure it out. We might need to contact Rover.
