How do I correct my response rate that was dinged for misdirected e-mail?

Am new to Rover as a sitter and am meticulous so please advise - I can't find a way to contact ROVER directly.

A pet owner messaged me a few days ago and the message was addressed to someone other than me and before I could reply and just few minutes later, another message came in from them that read - "sorry, this request was for someone else, not for you". So I just let it go and did not reply.

The next day I received an e-mail notice from Rover that unless I reply, I will be sent to "away" and my response rate has been lowered significantly.

I'd like to get my response rate back to where it should be.
